Who we are

This website belongs to Travelling 2 Travel, a travel agency planning trips to national parks. If you have any questions about your details, send us a message through our Contact page.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We don’t ask for anything else, and we don’t sell your details to anyone.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, plan and arrange the trip you ask about, and keep a record of it. The legal basis is that you’ve asked us to contact you about a service (steps before a contract), and our legitimate interest in keeping simple records of our work.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website and passes form messages on to us. It also protects the site from spam and attacks.
• Our enquiry and email tools, which store your message so we can reply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, and records of trips we’ve arranged for as long as we need them for bookings and accounts (usually six years). After that we delete them.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use cookies. Our fonts are stored on our own website, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to anyone else.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, object to how we use them, or ask us to stop using them. Contact us and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
